At Captivate Clinic, we offer comprehensive 12-month treatment plans designed to maximise your time with a variety of treatments. Our treatment pathway is simple:

1. Book and pay for an online Zoom consultation to map out potential 12-month treatment plan. For IV Therapy, referrals for pathology will be issued and results must be available for the Registered Nurse view on face-to-face consultation day.

2. Schedule and pay for a face-to-face consultation with a registered nurse and online doctor (if considering aesthetic treatments or IV Therapy) to discuss your concerns and secure your personalised 12-month treatment plan with deposits or a subscription service. For IV therapy, pathology results must be available prior to consultation.

3. Pay deposits in advance or secure our monthly Self Preservation by Subscription payment option for your 12-month treatment plan. Book in advance to confirm your appointment schedule and commitment to your journey.

4. Come in for your treatment.

5. Treatment reviews are post-treatments, requiring pathology results no older than 48 hours from result generation for IV Therapy treatments. Aesthetic treatment reviews must be conducted 2 to 4 weeks post-treatment, either via zoom or in person, depending on the treatment provided. These reviews are at no extra cost, unless prefer a mobile review, which will incur a $150 call-out.
Please note that all aesthetic treatments/ IV Therapy treatments, require an online doctor consultation before starting a treatment on every visit with Captivate Clinic.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your GP, naturopath, psychologist (body dysmorphic patients only) or specialists must be consulted prior to treatment commencement, and we only offer treatments according to your pathology results for any IV Therapy treatments. IV Therapy is only available if there are deficits in your pathology results.
Beauty, facial, lashes, brows, nutrition, and massage are now available as add-on services only.
Body Dysmorphic Counselling is available with a Registered Nurse as a separate service via Zoom or telehealth. A 6-week counselling session plan with our registered nurse is compulsory with Captivate Clinic, if you have been diagnosed with Body Dysmorphia, prior to ANY treatment commencement with Captivate Clinic.
We do not offer one-off treatments, and not all treatments are available for mobile bookings, which incur a $250 call-out fee in addition to consultation and treatment costs.

Treatments results may vary. Not all treatments can be completed on the day of consultation, and not everyone is a suitable candidate for aesthetic or IV therapeutic treatments. We may refer you to other practitioners in different specialties if we determine you require additional services during your consultation or treatment plan.
